We are now looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Valencia, leading Human Resources activities and partnering with business leaders to support organizational set up, talent development and employee engagement.

Here's what you will do

As HR Manager, you will lead the local HR agenda across talent management, organisation design, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations and HR operations. You will work closely with business leaders and the wider HR team to ensure a high-performing, compliant and people-focused organisation. This role combines strategic HR business partnering with hands-on operational delivery, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping to build a strong culture and employee experience.

Some key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organisational objectives.

• Establish and implement the HR framework for the new local organisation, including local HR processes, policies, in compliance with Spanish requirements and alignment with company standards.

· Support organisation design in setting up the new commercial organization.

• Drive employee engagement and help foster a high-performance culture.

• Manage compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, payroll and bonus administration.

• Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation analysis and recommendations.

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding.

• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and ways of working.

What you need to bring

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in HR roles.

• Experience within FMCG, wholesale, supply chain or international business environments is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR compliance.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using HR systems and reporting tools. Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools are advantageous.

• Fluent English and Spanish are required. Additional languages, particularly Valencian, are a plus.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and influencing skills.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
