Now we're looking for a Senior Sustainability Manager to join our team, embedding sustainability into the end-to-end supply chain and leading responsible sourcing priorities across categories.

Here's what you will do:

Lead the operationalisation of sustainability priorities across fresh produce categories, including living wage, workers' rights, human rights due diligence, certification, audit and ESG reporting. You will work with sourcing teams, growers and internal stakeholders to translate strategy and regulation into practical supply chain action.

This role leads a specialist sustainability team and ensures sustainability performance informs supplier engagement, risk management, season planning and continuous improvement. You will support alignment between responsible sourcing, commercial execution and Fyffes' wider sustainability strategy.

Some key responsibilities:

· Define and drive the sustainability roadmap across citrus, melons, grapes, apples and pears in line with Fyffes group strategy.

· Translate regulatory and strategic priorities, including CSDDD, into practical supply chain actions.

· Lead human rights due diligence, risk identification, audit programmes, remediation actions and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.

· Drive living wage strategies across sourcing regions, integrating progress into planning, supplier engagement and measurable KPIs.

· Oversee sustainability data, reporting, certification compliance, audit outcomes and ESG risk tracking.

· Support grower selection and allocation decisions with sustainability performance insights and risk assessments.

· Drive continuous improvement through audit outcomes, certification progress and supplier engagement.

· Lead, coach and develop the sustainability team across certifications, audits and data analytics.

What you need to bring:

· Master's degree in Sustainability, ESG, International Development, Business, Human Rights, Labour Studies or similar.

· 8-12+ years in sustainability, ESG or responsible sourcing, ideally in fresh produce, FMCG or retail.

· Strong expertise in human rights due diligence, including CSDDD, UNGPs and OECD frameworks, and living wage or income initiatives.

· Additional training in human rights, sustainability standards, certifications, ESG reporting or data analytics is advantageous.

· Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and influencing across complex organisations.

· Fluent English; Spanish or another language is advantageous.

· Strong stakeholder facilitation, data-driven decision-making, systems thinking and pragmatic sustainability execution skills.
